Graham Cracker Snack
What you need:
Ripe Bananas (the ones you throw away)
Graham Crackers (any kind will do, we like chocolate)
Peanut Butter
Yogurt (any kind, we use Vanilla)
Cinnamon: optional for added flavor
Chocolate Chips: optional for more fun !
Directions:
In a bowl combine ripe banana(s) and mush with a fork.
Add yogurt. I try to use equal parts of yogurt to banana(s).
Add in a 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the mixture. Mix well. If runny, add in more peanut butter to thicken. Too runny will make it a bit soggy when it thaws.
Add mixture to one side of graham cracker, I use halves, you can use the entire cracker or any size you prefer.
Top with graham cracker to make a sandwich.
Place into freezer safe container and freeze.
Optional:
You can also use the above mixture as a dip for the crackers! I like to freeze some by itself and enjoy it as ice cream! My kids absolutely love these “ice cream” sandwiches!
