A Night Out In Style

It has been a crazy couple of weeks in the Lillie household.  I can’t believe that Labor Day has come and gone! It is officially fall in our house, which makes me so happy!  With everything going on lately it feels like a good time to take a moment, step back from all of the things and do something to recharge.  My favorite place to be is home with my family but sometimes it is so nice and energizing to get all dolled up and get out of the house! Whether I am going for an evening out with Paul or a girls night out on the town, it is so fun to get dressed up!  Nordstrom has fabulous pieces and they really help their customers express their own style. With over 100 years under their belt, you know that Nordstrom has been around this long because they serve their customers so well. It will come of no surprise to you that I found my entire look from Nordstrom.

Nordstrom makes shopping simple and fun with high quality brands and great service.  Plus, you have to love free shipping and free returns! You guys know me, I love online shopping, but getting out to shop at this store is always a pleasant experience.  You can even shop online and for many items Nordstrom offers in-store pickup! It is so convenient and one of Paul’s favorite services since I am always sending him to grab the goodies!

As busy as we all are these days, I love having simple dress options that I know I can layer and pair easily with my favorite shoes.  This Free People dress was so comfortable and cute!  Not only flattering, but well priced and comes in red and black too. Be sure to size down. I also feel this is a good bump friendly option.

 I love the subtle statement of the pleating and the sleeves in this neutral shade of pink.  The dress comes in three different colors and I almost snagged all of them I love it so much!  With its boho vibe, it is so versatile! Going into the cooler temperatures, this dress pairs well with boots, tights, or even leggings.  Throw on a leather jacket or a wrap and you’ll be wearing this all year round!
