Happy Friday friends! We have started our spring cleaning early this year and it has been so good to get rid of things and declutter. I found some really great tools to get organized on Amazon! From the kitchen, bathroom, jewelry, and closets, we have been taking little steps to purge and organize. I shared lots of home organizing tips and ideas on Instagram stories if you missed it yesterday!
It can seem like a daunting task to tackle cleaning the house, but we have broken it down over the last week. One afternoon, Paul and I went through our closets and ended up with bags to take to Goodwill. We then cleaned out our bathroom and threw out tons of expired products! Did you know hair products expire? They do! Often times there is a little “tuna can” looking object with a number in it on the back. That is the shelf life once opened. Take 30 minutes and conquer one area, I promise it is SO satisfying. In the bathroom, I used these to organize my makeup and these for my brushes and other items.
In our bedrooms, I used these drawer organizers. They are awesome! There are slots for everything so you are not digging around searching for the items you need. We used them in our room and in the girls’ bedrooms for underwear and socks! You have to see the before and after in Instagram stories!
