There’s just something about sweaters and boots that gets me all excited inside! Today I am sharing some of my favorite, so-called “everyday” looks! I like to stick to the phrase casual, comfy and sometimes cute over here! I love anything versatile and try to layer as much as I can to get use out of each article of clothing! If you are just joining me, I have a major crush on tees and jeans and I am a total addict for some good old shoes! If you are wondering how to get the most out of your closets, keep reading! I am here to share how I layer my looks and my most versatile pieces to help get your closet ready for the season on any budget. If you have to budget more right now, that is ok , we have all been there! I like to stick to basics and that way I can layer them over and over and add in pops of color as needed. This I tend to do with accessories or a random colorful top or layering piece! Here’s an example of how I wore one cardigan a few different ways!
Some of my favorites for this season:
If you haven’t already seen, cardigans and boots are on the forefront for fall. I am going to share some of my must haves and how to also bring all those fun kimonos right into fall as well! Get some basic tees and denim, and layer the crap out of them with jackets, sweaters, cardigans and vests! Pull out that old denim jacket and cut the sleeves off if you have too! After all, raw edge hems are in! I am telling you , looks can be achieved on any budget! I have done it all. There is no right or wrong and today, just about anything goes!
I am going to share some of my basics or the foundation to layering any outfit. I wear most of these all year-long, and throw any jacket or accent piece right over to change it up or make it versatile! I believe these are key to any closet and everyone needs some good foundations to start. Keep in mind these can be worn all year-long and over and over again. Take a basic tee and tuck it in or tie it up to change it up! You can wear one top numerous ways.
Basics are the foundation to any outfit! Here’s what I am wearing:
