There’s just something about wearing a dress in the summer! Are you a fan? I don’t know if it’s the simplicity and ease of it or because we can actually have somewhere to wear them! Whatever it is, I’ve found so many summer dresses that are all under $50 for every occasion.
Dress #1
This first look is so fun for summer! Yellow is my favorite color and I try to find at least one yellow dress every year. This Walmart dress is a gauze material and flows ‘just right’ for a flattering look. And, the zipper is discreetly placed on the side. It’s under $40 and also comes in a very pretty tan with pink accents. I’m wearing a small. I styled my hair with a headwrap – so cute! It’s easy and it helps sweep your hair off your neck for those hot summer days.

This next dress has to be one of my favorites! It’s not quite the same gauze material, but it does have a similar texture. This fabric also has some stretch to it – so good! I wanted something different and grabbed the neon yellow color, but it also comes in black and a light pink. The dress is only $34 and I’m wearing a small. To finish off the look, I paired it with my favorite white denim jacket and these gold metallic sandals. So cute and so, so comfortable! I’m impressed with the quality of the sandals and really like that they have a rubber sole. They fit true to size and have lots of colors options.

Love this dress! As soon as I put it on, I knew it was a keeper. It’s super comfy and very flattering with the pencil skirt silhouette and and gathered waist. It also has 3/4 length sleeves for those cool evenings. This Amazon dress is $30 and comes in a lot of colors. I’m wearing a small. I styled it with an ombre tan leather jacket and beige boots. You can definitely dress it up or down!

Target has been killing it with dresses this spring and summer. This dress is such a pretty color green! If you haven’t noticed gauze fabrics are definitely trending. And, it’s the perfect fabric for this tiered maxi dress. I’m wearing a small. I added a muted patterned chambray shirt and a pop of turquoise jewelry. I’m totally a sucker for turquoise jewelry, it’s such a great accent!

A strapless maxi dress for summer is a must! This Amazon find is so cute and I love the pattern. It has a pretty smocked top and it’s under $35! I styled it with a pearl adorned denim jacket – so cute! I’m wearing a small in both the dress and jacket. I added a summer hat and slide sandals with a great chunky chain detail. I’m going to be wearing a lot more of these sandals, they’re so comfy!

Here’s another Target find! It’s definitely an easy, breezy sun dress that you can dress up or down. The blue and white is pattern is a summer classic. Dress #7
For a more casual look, this tie dye shirt dress is perfect. Grabbed this one from Target, too! I’m wearing a small. By adding a hooded knit sweater and a pair of my favorite sneakers, it turns into a great relaxed look that’s ideal for busy days. I sized up to a medium in the pullover for a more oversized fit. When it warms up during the day, the dress is sleeveless and more of a midi length with side slits to keep you cool.

Last, but certainly not least is this adorable strapless maxi dress! The bottom ruffle tier gives it a feminine touch. I grabbed this dress in Army green, but it comes in a ton of colors. The entire look is actually from Amazon. In love with all of the details – the pearls on the denim jacket and the braided strap of the sandals. The dress and jacket are both size small.
