What is my workout routine? I do Orange Theory Fitness three days a week and we try to count macros for our meals to stay on track and eat a balanced lifestyle. I am not keto, just count macros and share easy and family-friendly recipes on stories weekly for you to try! I always make it simple and flavorful so the family can enjoy it!

Are you still doing hair? This was a VERY hard decision as many of you know, I was a master colorist and stylist for 19 years. I have left my behind the chair career to pursue my business full time. It took me a long time to decide this and to adjust. I am so grateful for all of you so that I can pursue more of what I love. Hair will always be a huge part of who I am and I was lucky to have the same boss and workplace for the entire 19 years along with many amazing clients that have become true friends. It was very hard for me to leave but I am so glad I did to help grow this space and be the best resource I can be as well as be there for my girls and family. With an ill Mom it was taking a toll on my family and work life balance trying to do it all.
