You all know that my favorite season is fall! Incorporating fall looks into your closet is so easy by adding in hues of emerald green, burgundy, and touches of aubergine. But, what about your beauty routine? You can also subtly add in jewel tones there, too! The result is a beautiful fall look to make you feel like a gem.
I’m not one to really wear super bold makeup with rich hues. But, when I AM in the mood for a bit more color, I head to Target. They always have the latest trends as well as all of my favorite drugstore brands.
Target has a great beauty sale going on right now, too: Spend $40, Get $10 Gift Card!
Here are some of my go-tos to stock up on:
Of course, you can’t just buy one thing at Target! So, I came out with a whole fall look. The NYX Butter Gloss is one of my favorite drugstore lip glosses. I grabbed the colors Rocky Road and Creme Brûlée to add pops of color. The Rocky Road color is a bit sheer and is a dark mauve while on. I like that it’s not too deep but it’s still a gorgeous fall tone.
While I was there I also picked up my favorite tried-and-true mascara! I’ve tried others throughout the years, but keep coming back to this one. If you’re feeling bold and want to try the trend of adding an unexpected pop of color to your lashes, they even make the mascara in a deep burgundy.
One of the easiest ways to add fall hues into your beauty look, is to paint your nails! I put this super pretty gray-green on my toes – Sally Hansen Leaf Me Be. It’s not a hue I usually gravitate towards for my nails, but I love it! I also incorporated the OPI nail polish Tiramisu for Two into my ombre nail palette. Colors from thumb to pinky:: OPI Tiramisu for Two; Coconuts Over OPI; OPI You Dont Know Jacques!; OPI Scores a Goal; IBD Dare to Be Decadent. And with that, you have a whole fall beauty look!
Thank you to Target for sponsoring this post! All opinions are my own.
