How to get that summer glow

As we get older and the seasons change, I’ve noticed my makeup routine also changes especially during the Summertime. Summer makeup is all about the glow and looking sun-kissed and natural without caking on a ton of products. With Summer officially here, I wanted to share some of my favorite Summer make-up products for a dewy, summer glow. I often get asked about what beauty products I use and I’m excited to share them all here.

My Summer glow

You can catch me using these products all Summer long. From everyday makeup to date nights to weddings and events, these are some of my favorite make-up and beauty products for the easy, summer glow. I’ve been using many of these products for a long time, and I love them. Do you use any of these products? Are there any that you’re wanting to try?

Bronzing face drops & Aragan Daily Moisturizer

**Lux Unfiltered No12 Bronzing Face Drops**

The Lux Unfiltered Bronzing Face Drops are awesome. They are infused with hyaluronic acid, pomegranate extract, coconut water, passion fruit oil, and vitamin E. This product leaves your face bronzed, hydrated, and glowing! I love that it is made up of all clean ingredients and easy to use. Just add a few drops to your moisturizer and you’re good to go. If you want a light tan 1-2 drops is the perfect amount, if you want a darker tan 4-5 is spot on. Meanwhile, the Josie Maran Argan Daily Moisturizer has been a favorite of mine for years. It has sun protection with SPF 47, it’s chemical-free, hydrating, and even helps with dullness and uneven texture with it’s tinted formula.

Glow screen & Flawless filter

If you don’t have Supergoop! Glow Screen, trust me, you need it! I use it almost every single day. It’s super lightweight, glowing, hydrating, and provides sun protection at SPF 40. It even can be used as a make-up primer. Similarly, the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter is one that almost all my friends use and recommend. I personally use the light/medium shade, and I love that it can be used not only as a primer but also as a highlighter. Dual purpose make-up is my favorite. It’s easy to blend and buildable, too.

Blush/bronzer Stick & favorite plumping lipgloss

The Dibs Beauty Desert Island Duo is a new one for me but it’s safe to say that I already love it. One side can be used as blush for your cheeks and the other bronzer. It can also be used on your eyelids as an eyeshadow or lips as a lip stain. It comes in a ton of color ways, I use Shade 3. Another newer product for me is the Lawless Plumping Lipgloss. When I find a good lipgloss I tend to buy a few because I use them everyday and love to keep them stocked up. You guys have been loving this one and it’s also currently on sale in a three pack on QVC.com for a steal! I haven’t found anything quite like this as it smooths the lines and hydrates the lip so they look nice and full! It is really a one of a kind lip product. I like the clear and all shades I have tried so far!

Gradual tanning milk & Body blur

From face to body products, I have you covered. If you are more fair like me, I have to watch my time in the sun, so I love to supplement with a gradual self-tanner. The Bondi Sands Gradual Tanning Milk is amazing, and smells amazing too. It is so moisturizing and enriched with aloe vera and vitamin E. It applies easily just like any body lotion. I like to apply it in a circular motion so that I don’t miss any spots and let it dry before putting my clothes on. Meanwhile, the Vita Liberata Body Blur Makeup is just as amazing. It’s basically makeup for your body. I love to use it on my legs when I’m wearing shorter dress, skirt, or shorts. It’s also super hydrating, smoothing, and minimizes body blemishes by covering any skin imperfections. I’ve really noticed a difference in photos when I use this on my legs.
