Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020

It’s here! This is hands down, my favorite sale of the year! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the time of year you get to preview the new fall arrivals and grab them on sale! All of the biggest fashion trends for fall are on the forefront for the season and I have sifted through the sales to bring the best deals and my favorites to you! Early Access for cardholders is available to shop today depending on your status! I know things look very different this year and I hope if anything this at least brings some fun and inspiration to your closets.

This is one of the few sales all year where you get to shop new arrivals at a discount. Be sure you are following along on my social channels for full try on hauls as well as in the LiketoKnow.it App where I post all my content and round ups everyday as well as restocks! I really kept it budget friendly as possible this year and tried to find items that can all be worn multiple ways as well as layering pieces. Important dates to remember:

Inventory in store is VERY low this year. I highly recommend doing your shopping online as opposed to in-store as the item might not be there or they could be out of stock of your size. Items tend to go out of stock fairly quickly. I suggest you make multiple purchases of items you love as well as sizes. Free shipping and free returns is key! My full try on session will be on my Instagram Stories as well as my FB page if you want to tune in. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale runs for a few weeks this year so I will update you accordingly.

I have sifted through EVERYTHING I could get my hands on this year and really focused on key pieces and the best values. I will share first what I bought and think is the best of the sale and then get into my online orders and what else I am loving for myself and the family in the upcoming days.

Cardigans and Sweaters:

Free People sweater is a best in sale! I am wearing size small and denim is true to size and comparable to Madewell for half the price. Peep toe booties are adorable!

Cardigans are where it’s at this season! I grabbed several. I think they were priced so so well and can be worn a lot of ways. I tried to only grab the ones that felt soft and quality was good. Some of the brands I don’t think hold up as well as others so that is why I skipped some you may be seeing from others. These mules were a hidden gem and came home with me! Insanely comfy and only $44! Great for work to just slip on. I told everyone to get these pants! WOW! I really don’t need any black pants but I assure you if you put these on you will leave them on. They feel like butter, super stretchy like a ponte pant, and work friendly. If you are a working woman I would grab two pairs. They are that good!

Booties are color cloud suede, I also got the cognac color, dress and cardigan I am in a small. Jeans are tts, and flannels are a size small.

I tend to love my layers! I like this Topshop cardi the most this years sale. I bought it in two colors. I love the length and how it tapers in at the bottom. It fits true to size.

Winter Jackets:

Guess who covered winter coats! This gal! I know it may not be the sexiest items BUT they are the biggest bang for your buck. The far right was by far my favorite! It has a removable hood and I tend to stick with this brand for really cold days. I would size up in all these above. They all ran small and most are $100+ off! I also grab jackets for the kiddos this sale. They are the best prices!

This jacket ladies is SO good! Only $89 and has a very flattering fit. Drawstring in the BACK and button sides. The inside is quilted and lined and of course the hood! This was one I didn’t see until I went into store and it puts a fun twist on warmth and casual while keeping you warm too. Can’t beat the price. Looks and feels like it’s a couple hundred dollars!

Found some more nice sweaters! One is a splurge, Vince, and the off the shoulder one was a nice surprise! I thought it was fun and comfy and priced well. The animal print one was super cozy and a fan favorite. I think it has a high sell out risk. All of these were true to size. I did xs in all of them.

My personal favorites from this sale! I found some great items this year and this is mostly what I snagged for myself. The slippers are a must have! I think they will go quickly since they are one of the few options. Shoes and booties are always great to grab this sale as they are priced great for new arrivals and fun to buy. I also grab our winter boots this time of year and rain boots for the girls.

Shoes and Booties:

This is the area I tend to spend most of my money. I love grabbing shoes and booties for the upcoming season while they are on sale! Here is what I snagged for myself. I found them all to be true to size and if in between I would go up half for booties as we tend to wear a sock with them. The mules were another great work friendly find for only $44 and come in bunch of colors and snake print.
