Transitional Wardrobe Outfits for Spring
Hi friends! I am feeling ready to tackle some new outfits for some events and upcoming traveI we have planned! I always feel this time of year is hard to know what to wear and buy so I am sharing some outfit ideas that I shopped for myself! Spring weather is right around the corner and with travel coming up I was ready for some fun NEW arrivals! Closet staples are always a hit in my book and by adding in some pops of color, these looks will take you right into the next season too! Much of what I found is also on sale so I figured I better share. Why not?
Paul’s birthday is this week as well and we are celebrating him all week! I got a few pieces I think I could wear to his party! I don’t think I put jeans on for the last two weeks! Ha! These fit like a glove and are butter soft! HIGHLY recommend!
This pink blazer is fun! This was a fan favorite from all of you in my try on! I also have it in red and black! I am wearing my true to size, small and it is meant to be styled open. I also snagged these body contour tops in several colors to layer with the blazer. I even got a tone on tone pink one! Stay tuned to see if I can pull that one off!
Staying with the pink trend, I am loving this jacket as well! I have four of their jackets like this and I wanted the pink to add a pop of color! I wear a size small. I love this look for Valentines Day! A little pop of color levels up any basic outfit. I figured it was a nice cross between seasons and will get some use here in Chicago.
THIS outfit! These might be my favorite jeans I’ve gotten in a LONG time! They’re on sale for BOGO 50% off! These high rise jeans are true to size and if you are in between, I would size down. They are “super” high waisted and “super” soft according to the tag! LOVE the color for spring too!
I’m also obsessed with these smoothing tops! These are the freaking BEST. Trust me ladies, this is one of the best lines Express has launched! There are tons of different colors and styles, they also come in bodysuits, this one is just a normal top! I’m wearing a size small.
The booties are 50% off making them $39, they look designer in my opinion!! They are insanely comfy and true to size and come in 4 color choices.
This belted coat is a transitional wardrobe for spring staple. I love the thicker collar on it and how it ties. We are traveling for a work event soon and I think this would be perfect to wear on the plane and head straight to work event or meeting! I’m wearing a size small.
